-  Fast growing FMCG manufacturer within a competitive fast moving sector that has secured commercial relationships across both retail and foodservice has the opportunity to expand it's £multi million operation into new markets through recent successful acquistion of equity funding.

 This capitalization has raised the ambitions and pace of growth in the busienss which will require guidance from an experience Sales Director with a breadth of experinece to operate within an own label chilled food environment where pace is relentless and every day delviery is key to success.

*  Create Strategic commercial plan in conjunction with CEO and MD to deliver sales growth in retail dn foodfservice food markets

*  Establish proceedures to enable financial rigour to new and existing bid processes in order to ensure forecasting and budgeting is achieveable and on track.

*  Implement retention strategies for existing business through long term pricing architecture

*  Integrate sales plan with growth and development of team to win new business 

*  Once you ahve done this.....think about the marketing requirements of the business
