We are currently looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to join our team. We are a small sized team who operate UK wide with a focus on delivering excellent service to our candidates and clients across the FMCG market place from small businesses to large blue chip organisations.
The Role
- Develop a profitable business plan;
- Win and nurture beneficial client relationships;
- Interview, understand, empathise and support the career development of new and existing candidates;
- Manage and improve existing client relationships;
- Manage the offer process from negotiation to ‘back-outs;
- Design, write and proof external advertising;
- Maintain a healthy and profitable pipeline of business income;
- Place suitable candidates based on technical skill-set cultural fit;
- Actively develop the reputation of the Paul Nyman brand;
- Develop e-marketing campaigns to attract new and existing candidate and client engagement
- Help junior team members be the best that they can be;
- Participate in networking events;
- Proactively contribute to business strategy;

The Person
- High social intelligence
- Great listening and empathy skills
- Outgoing engaging personality
- At least 1 year’s previous experience of 360 recruitment within a professional sector such as; FMCG, Sales and Marketing, HR, Accountancy & Finance etc
- Proven history of hitting internal KPI's
- Ambitious drive to grow your desk and win new business
- Willingness to put the reputation of the business and the team before personal success
