We’re currently recruiting for a ‘General Manager’ to lead a branded business unit and motivate the team to achieve a health revolution. Due to rapid growth, our client is investing to develop the team to provide more focus and drive to achieve strategic goals and beyond!

In this role you’ll be responsible for: 

  • Play a critical role in ensuring the business performs to expectations and operates within budget
  • Develop effective marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and consequently boost sales
  • Drive business development and expansion strategies to strengthen the brand’s market position
  • Provide effective leadership and oversight of business operations to ensure smooth running of all departments in compliance with the company direction and legal requirements
  • Work closely with the Sales team to identify Sales opportunities, providing a brand representative with all major retailers/wholesalers
  • Drive a collaborative and engaged people culture in line with the business vision/values and people objectives
  • Ensure the operational structure and focus through the E-commerce route to market
  • Drive the team to adherence with development and production timelines ensuring adequate forecasting and stock management is in place
  • Be responsible for new product launches ensuring they happen to plan.
  • Ensure that the product development team build an innovation pipeline including 3rd party manufactured products where applicable.
  • Recruit, develop and retain colleagues to execute the business plan
  • Work closely with our International partners to deliver the brand strategy and growth abroad
  • Represent the Brand at all relevant industry show’s/exhibitions
  • Attend all board meetings and actively participate in building the OGSM for the Company
  • Inform and keep abreast of current market and consumer trends delivering key insights to the board and wider team
