From idea generation in our laboratory to manufacture and packing, it all happens under one roof. And, when the product is finally ready to leave the factory to head to the shelves they aim to keep the road miles to a minimum, keeping emissions down to a minimum.

The team are a friendly bunch of cirac 90, led by the owner manager, who's father set the business up some 50 years ago and who can on occasions still be found popping his head around the door. From sales to lab technicians to production operatives you’ll find everything under one roof. New ideas are a plenty and as an owner led business they have the ability to bring them to life quickly.

The Role

The business are now looking to appoint a Marketing Manager to develop and implement the marketing and brand strategy, brand plans, e-commerce, digital strategy, accountability for raising the product and brand portfolio, driving market share and increasing the sales and margin contribution. Included in this will be full responsibility for P&L delivery across the brand category, with the opportunity to progress within 12 months to Head of Marketing. This will be a truly immersive role with significant responsibility.

The Individual

In this instance, the chosen candidate must present a minimum of 5 years experience of FMCG brand marketing capacity, suitable for someone looking for the next step up in their career or a challenge that will truly engage you. Key to this is also commercial experience, managing agencies, Marcoms, mulit channel experience, you will need to demonstrate previous management of a P&L and your ability to interpret and anticipate trends and opportunities within the FMCG market.
