The Business

We are currently working to recruit a Marketing Manager for a well-established family owned chilled business the North West. They operate in a fast paced and highly competitive market place. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day marketing activities and long-term marketing strategy of the company.

The Role

  • Drive the brand forward through the generation new ideas.
  • Plan, design and deliver innovative marketing campaigns in line with the core values of the business
  • Develop long term brand strategies
  • Work closely with relevant internal teams to ensure that marketing plans are aligned to business objectives
  • Accountability for all spend and the return on each activity
  • Lead the online presence of the business

The Person

  • Educated to degree standard in a relevant discipline
  • At least 4 year’s marketing experience in the FMCG arena
  • Have experience of design and implementation of new marketing strategies
  • Be creative and forward thinking
  • Be able to drive recommendations forward ensuring the business is taking action 
  • Be analytical and have the ability to spot key trends and act up on them
  • Ability to negotiate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills.
