Paul Nyman Consultancy is managing the recruitment for one of the most respected FMCG suppliers in the UK.  The business has been involved in leading and creating the market within its chosen fields across a range of branded categories for the past 100 years.

In order to fulfill its ambitious five year plan the board wish to appoint a Commercial Controller to their team that is capable of leading growth in UK multiples, export and  and foodservice markets whilst assisting the development of the strategic planning process to successfully deliver NPD solutions within their customers.

In order to succeed within this role, you must be able to combine the unrelenting desire to win with the reflective people skills which will enable you to create an industry leading team around you.  For the right individual you will be rewarded with the opportunity of significant opportunity to Sales Director and beyond.
