Our client has created a unique proposition based on £multi million investment, laying down an automated manufacturing system which incorporates innovative technologies to capture savings through sustainability and recycle of materials.

 

Their short shelf life products are already listed in major UK retailers, and this highly entrepreneurial team seeks a commercial manager to access new retail and foodservice markets.

 

The role will require an understanding of NPD, category and commercial sales, all of which will enable you to maximize margin through the volume – value balance necessary for success across this short shelf product.

 

The targeted growth requires an individual who has the ability to operate in the board room of a fast paced environment and lead a small sales team.  You will initially be hands on overseeing some day to day operation in both retail and foodservice customers so your appetite to “roll up the sleeves” is key to the success in this business.

 

Your background and attitude will fit together, creating a well-rounded commercial individual hungry to support others and develop the business around you.  With a nose for an opportunity you will be hungry for success which will be delivered here with space at the top table once your pedigree is proven.

 

This will be your 3rd or 4th career move and ideally of graduate calibre to reach the full potential of future leadership roles in the business.
