This is an SME style business bats in the court like a big player when it needs to.  The overall impact has created a niche nimble game maker in their chosen category who has earned the respect of their customers. 


To continue this success, the Commercial Director wishes to appoint a commercial exec able to grow the business in the UK through engagement of commercial sales techniques and category insights.


You will be as responsible for managing existing customers as you will be for creating new commercial opportunities that have not been discovered yet.  So your appetite to win and nurture your customers is equally important when developing a rounded portfolio.  This will lead to long term growth that will be rewarded as you grow your portfolio and possible future team


The role is selling solutions to customer challenges through relationships and understanding customer requirements.  Its not about winning at all costs, but must being able to add value


This is an environment for those earning freedom from the corporate glue of large multinationals as there will be few “policies and procedures” but plenty of freedom.  So you must be self-organised and motivated to deliver in a fast paced and uncompromising environment
