Sealy UK have recently been acquired by the Australian Tempur Group and following a £multi million investment in the UK manufacturing operation, have developed a new range to focus and expand the consumer offering based on quality to develop their market leading position.
The Sales Director is seeking to expand their contact and relationships within Independent and family based retailers to offer this new exciting range to consumers.
As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for developing relationships in existing customers to secure the new listings whilst operating as part of a national team.
Home-based role : M62 corridor across Lancashire and Yorkshire.
You will ideally have exposure within a retail environment combined with your sales and relationship selling experience but this is less important than the hunger and enthusiasm to deliver a fantastic sales solution to your customers.
As part of the UK team you’ll work alongside the product training team and marketing colleagues to secure new sales within your own defined territory and hold the autonomy to “run your own territory” so team work is key here.
The opportunity will benefit from the groups training and development program to enable you to grow your career within the Sealy UK business.
This will be your 2nd or 3rd career move and ideally of graduate calibre to reach the full potential of future leadership roles in the business.
