We are currently recruiting for the next intake for our Graduate Training Programme.

The Business

We focus on the recruitment and retention of high calibre professionals across a range of functions in the FMCG industry. This includes; Sales, Marketing, New Product Development, Technical and Category Management across both Interim and Permanent placements, with the scope to develop the business in other areas.  

The Role  

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or an individual with a couple of years’ experience looking to make a difference within a growing business and develop your skillset.

The course will run in a modular fashion and give you the opportunity to develop a wide skill set though internal and external training provision around:

  • Negotiation -  Support clients and candidates through initial briefs to devlopeing contracts (generating working agreements with business and negotiating contracts between clients and candidates) 
  • Client Development - Work with small to blue chip businesses to develop long term collaborative relationships
  • Sales & Marketing - Learn about the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) market place understand farm to fork process from a supplier and retailer perspective
  • Customer Service - Learn to provide outstanding service to a client and candidate base
  • Budget Management - learn how a business operates and how to manage a budget
  • Running your own business unit with accountability for your own PL - run a recruitment desk to build and manage a pipeline of client and business contacts to meet set targets

The program will run over a 2 year period, after which the business would support and encourage you to undertake a further professional qualification relevant to the industry (e.g. CIPD, CIM or Prince 2).

The Individual

Due to its challenging nature, this role requires an adaptable individual who is primed for new and varied situations. The ideal candidate will deliver the provision expected by external stakeholders with a persistent and driven mind-set.

As this role involves high levels of professional interaction integral to the operation of the business, an ability to ensure that our customers experience the standard they have come to expect is essential.
