Paul Nyman Consultancy, based in West Yorkshire, provides bespoke recruitment solutions to a wide range of clients within the FMCG industry, from SME & start-up businesses to some of the biggest branded Manufacturers across Europe. 

The business focuses on the recruitment and retention of high calibre professionals across a range of functions in the industry. This includes; Sales, Marketing, New Product Development, Technical and Category Management across both Interim and Permanent placements, with the scope to develop the business in other areas.  

Paul Nyman Consultancy are currently recruiting for the 2017 intake of graduate talent. 

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or an individual with a couple of years’ experience looking to make a difference within a growing business and develop their skillset.

You will be joining a programme that will expose you to numerous areas of the business allowing you to autonomously lead projects, support and drive a business unit whilst developing your people management, business development and leadership skills.

Due to its challenging nature, this role requires an adaptable individual who is primed for new and varied situations. The ideal candidate will deliver the provision expected by external stakeholders with a persistent and driven mind-set.

As this role involves high levels of professional interaction integral to the operation of the business, an ability to ensure that our customers experience the standard they have come to expect is essential.
